Arman Motaghi

Arman Motaghi has a diverse work experience in various companies. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Production Engineer at Metalliage Inc until 2013. Following that, they joined Schnitzer Steel as a Process Engineer in the Joint Products Operations department. In 2015, Arman became a Plant Manager at Metalliage Inc and held that position until 2018. Since 2020, they have been working at HEF Groupe, initially as a General Manager for TSI before becoming the Country Manager and Managing Director of HEF Group Canada in 2023.

Arman Motaghi completed their Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering at the University of Tehran from 2002 to 2007. Arman then pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in specification material and composites at Concordia University from 2008 to 2012. Later, from 2016 to 2017, Arman was an MBA candidate at the John Molson School of Business, where they successfully completed 7 out of 15 courses. Arman'seducational journey continued as they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration at the John Molson School of Business from 2017 to 2021.
