Phaedra Starr

Phaedra Starr, CIC has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Phaedra began their career at Newmarket International as a Training Consultant, providing technological solutions to hospitality clients. Phaedra then moved on to Advent Software, where they excelled as a Services Specialist, ranking number one in sales on their team. Phaedra later became an Independent Sales Director at Mary Kay, where they quickly achieved the Director position and earned a free vehicle through exceptional personal sales and recruiting efforts. Phaedra then joined The Hartford as an Executive Small Commercial Sales Representative, where they managed a $42MM territory and developed strategic plans for small business agency structures and business development. In 2019, they established their own company, SpiritStarr Journeys, LLC. Currently, Phaedra is serving as the Vice President and Head of HIB Marketplace at Heffernan Insurance Brokers.

Phaedra Starr, CIC obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire between 1995 and 1999. Phaedra'sfield of study included Hospitality Management, International Affairs, and a minor in German.
