Tina Cruickshank CISR CLCS has extensive work experience in the insurance industry, starting in 1997 with Heffernan Insurance Brokers. Tina initially joined as a receptionist and quickly rose through the ranks to become a trusted Executive Account Manager. Tina was responsible for handling processing, certificates of insurance, and managing a book of policies. In 2014, they took on the additional role of Trusted Advisor to the Enterprise Division of SelectSolutions, where they provided guidance, training, and enhanced customer service experience to clients. Tina also worked as a Team Lead/Account Manager at Patra Corporation from 2017 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Account Manager & Team Lead at Heffernan Insurance Brokers. Tina's experience and expertise make their a valuable asset in the insurance industry.

Tina Cruickshank completed their Agent/Broker License at the California Department of Insurance in 1999. Tina later received their Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation from the Society of Certified Service Representatives in 2006.
