Andrew Gilroy

Andrew Gilroy is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in nonprofit and corporate sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Hegira Health, Inc. since 2023, Andrew focuses on supporting the organization’s wellness mission and enhancing service for employees and clients. Prior to this role, Andrew was CFO at COTS from 2019 to 2023, where significant achievements included reducing the organization's budgetary deficit by over 50% through efficiency improvements and new revenue streams. Andrew's earlier experience includes a decade at DTE Energy Services as Steel Portfolio Manager, managing a substantial steel budget and optimizing operations. Andrew holds multiple degrees from the University of Michigan, including a Master of Public Affairs, an MBA in Corporate Strategy & International Business, and a Master of Social Work, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
