Payal Mistry

Payal Mistry is an experienced UX professional with a strong background in user experience design and customer insights. Currently serving as the Director of UX & Customer Insights at Heidelberg Materials since 2018, Payal previously held the position of Global Head of UX & Analytics at the same company. Prior roles include UX Lead at VSF Experts GmbH, UX Research Manager and Senior UX Associate at athenahealth, and Usability Project Manager at Staples. Payal started in the field as a UX/Usability Research Associate at the Bentley Design & Usability Center and has also worked as a UI Developer on a contract basis at The Planet and as a Software Developer at HBK Capital Management. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, supplemented by A Level education from Catholic Junior College in Singapore.
