Carl Heiden

Carl Heiden has worked in the IT industry since 1993. Carl began their career as an Installer for Ford Dealer Computer Services in 1993, where they installed and migrated computer systems from old Unix Platforms for Ford Dealerships throughout the Midwest. In 1994, they started their own business, Carl Heiden Consulting, where they installed and maintained networks and PCs for a variety of clients in Eastern Michigan. In 2006, they founded Heiden Consulting LLC, a business and technology consulting firm catering to small to medium sized businesses. In 2013, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Heiden Technology Solutions, a diverse business servicing the needs of small to medium sized businesses. Heiden has been developing solutions for businesses that help push them beyond perceived barriers.

Carl Heiden obtained a Bachelor of Mass Communication & Journalism from Alma College in 1993, followed by a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Saginaw Valley State University in 2011. In 2014, they received a Cisco Select Partner certification from Cisco.
