Ajo Joseph

Ajo Joseph is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search and leadership consulting, currently serving as Principal in the Global Industrial Practice at Heidrick & Struggles since August 2015. In this role, Ajo advises a diverse range of clients in sectors including automotive, manufacturing, industrial technology, and real estate on critical leadership challenges. Prior to this, Ajo worked as an Executive Search Consultant at Stanton Chase International from February 2014 to March 2015, focusing on industrial markets such as chemicals and energy, and previously held a similar position at TRANSEARCH India from August 2010 to January 2014. Ajo holds a PGP in HR & Marketing (Dual Specialization) from IILM University, Gurugram, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Telecommunication from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya.
