Joe Oddo

Joe Oddo is a Senior Accountant at Heidrick & Struggles since May 2023, following a progression of roles at Grant Thornton LLP from Audit Associate I to Audit Senior Associate II from October 2020 to April 2023. During 2019-2020, Joe served as a Graduate Assistant at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, supporting undergraduate Accounting and Finance courses. Prior internships include an Audit Intern position at Grant Thornton LLP in summer 2019 and a Corporate Treasury Intern role at Molex in summer 2018. Joe holds both a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University Bloomington.
