Kathy Lenz

Kathy Lenz is an experienced professional in culture shaping and organizational leadership, currently serving as Engagement Leader and Regional Practice Lead at Heidrick & Struggles since January 2021. Prior to this role, Kathy held various positions within Senn Delaney Culture Shaping, including Business Operations & Integration Manager and Special Projects and Executive Manager to the CEO and COO. Kathy began their career in education at California State University, Long Beach, where roles included Coordinator for the ESL/Language and Writing Program and Lecturer in the College of Continuing and Professional Education. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on International Business and a Master of Arts in Linguistics, specializing in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages, both from California State University, Long Beach.
