Steve Dickinson

Steve Dickinson has over 40 years of experience in executive compensation and human resources. Currently serving as Manager of Executive Compensation at Heidrick & Struggles since October 2003, Steve administers equity plans and deferred compensation plans for US partners and non-employee directors. Prior to this role, Steve worked at Arthur Andersen from June 1976 to July 2002, starting in the audit staff of the Banking and Financial Services division and later advancing to various HR positions, including Division Personnel Manager. Steve holds a BA in Mathematics and Accounting from the University of Iowa, earned in 1976.
