Ashley Rich Shrm-Scp

Ashley Rich, SHRM-SCP, PHR, currently serves as Senior Manager of Benefits at CURO Financial Technologies Corp since June 2019, having previously held the positions of Manager of Human Resources and Benefits and HR Analyst, HRIS. Prior experience includes various roles at World Acceptance Corporation from September 2010 to May 2019, including HRIS Analyst and Human Resources Generalist. Additional experience encompasses roles in animal care facilities and management at the Young Men's Christian Association, where responsibilities included program scheduling, staff supervision, and risk management. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science Diploma in Instrumental Music Education from Ball State University, completed in 2003.
