Christian Fladeland

Christian Fladeland has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Christian began their career at Sadolin & Albæk in 2007, starting as an Analyst before moving up to Director and eventually becoming a Partner. In 2018, they joined Colliers International | Denmark as a Partner. In 2019, Fladeland joined Heimstaden as the CIO, and in 2023, they were promoted to Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer at the same company.

Christian Fladeland completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen in 2010. In 2009, they pursued master courses in Debt Markets, Analysis and Management of Financial Risk, and Business Analysis and Valuation at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
