Kelly Hatton, SHRM-CP has a diverse background in human resources and event management. Starting in 2011, they worked as an Event Manager for KY Wedding Bliss, where they provided day-of and full-service wedding planning. Kelly then joined the Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts in 2012 as an Event Services Manager, responsible for organizing social events, corporate events, and theatrical events. In 2015, they became a Human Resources Administrator for the American Printing House for the Blind, and in 2018, they transitioned to become an HR Manager at Valiant Construction. In 2020, they were appointed as the Human Resources Manager at Pleatco Filtration. Currently, they hold the position of People Services Manager at Heine Bros Coffee, and starting in February 2022, they will assume the role of Director, People Services.
Kelly Hatton, SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Kentucky, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In 2018, they also obtained a certification as a SHRM-CP from SHRM. More recently, from 2020 to 2021, Kelly pursued graduate studies at the University of Louisville, completing a Master's of Human Resources & Organizational Development degree.
