Jamie Tan serves as the Senior People Partner at Heineken Malaysia Berhad since September 2022, bringing extensive experience in human resources across various industries. Prior roles include Manager of HR at FUJIFILM BI Malaysia, where Jamie led a team in HR strategy delivery focusing on talent management and employee engagement, and Human Resources Business Partner at Hong Leong Bank Berhad. Jamie also held key HR leadership positions at AirAsia BIG Loyalty, Citibank Berhad, British American Tobacco, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, demonstrating proficiency in talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and organizational culture initiatives. Jamie holds a Master of Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School and a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman.
