Christoph Hajjar

Christoph Hajjar, Mag. currently serves as Human Resources Director at HEINEKEN Switzerland since June 2023. Previously, Christoph held various leadership roles at Novartis from August 2012 to July 2023, including Head of P&O for Novartis Pharma Austria and Global Franchise for Immunology, Hepatology & Dermatology, where responsibilities included aligning P&O strategy with business objectives and ensuring organizational effectiveness.
