Claudia Schneider is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in global brand management and marketing capability development. Currently serving as the Sr. Global Marketing Capability Manager and Marketing Director for Myanmar at The HEINEKEN Company since May 2017, Claudia has led strategic initiatives for multiple global and local brands, managing significant revenue and driving innovation in a conservative market. Prior to this, Claudia held the position of Global Innovation Manager at AkzoNobel, where Claudia successfully leveraged innovation to improve product offerings across several regions. Claudia's career at Unilever spanned nearly a decade, encompassing roles such as Sr. Brand Manager for Calvé and Lätta, where notable achievements included relaunching brands and winning an Effie Award. Claudia holds a diploma in Marketing from Universität Passau and has international marketing experience from Université Laval.
