Cristina Mesón

Cristina Mesón is an experienced Human Resources leader currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at The HEINEKEN Company since July 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing HR for 18,000 employees across multiple facilities and retail outlets while focusing on talent acquisition and workforce diversity. Previously, at PepsiCo from April 2004 to June 2021, Cristina held several senior leadership roles, including Senior Director of Global Human Resources, where strategic HR initiatives were managed globally. Other key positions included overseeing HR functions in Turkey and various regions in Europe, contributing to the development of inclusion strategies and driving operational efficiencies. Cristina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Graduate Diploma in Business & Values from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
