Paolo Cavatorta is an experienced professional in trade marketing and commercial excellence, currently serving as Head of Trade Marketing at The HEINEKEN Company since March 2022, leading a team focused on the modern trade channel in Italy. Prior to this role, Paolo held the position of Chief Transformation Officer for Italy, where responsibilities included overseeing a European-wide Supply Chain initiative and local special projects. At innocent drinks, Paolo acted as Commercial Country Manager for Italy and later as Country Manager for South Europe, managing P&L accountability and supporting sustainability efforts. Experience at Alpro involved managing the Italian market for plant-based products, while earlier roles at Bain & Company included senior consulting on various high-stakes projects across multiple industries. Paolo holds a Master of Science in Management from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Business Engineering from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
