Felix Heinicke is the founder of Heinicke Consulting LLC, a team specializing in Talent Search, Organizational Development, and Employee Coaching for clients in Germany and Eastern Europe. He also works as the Head of Recruiting at Vitaltestzentrum Ulbricht UG and as a Personalberater/Executive Search Professional at Heinicke Unternehmensberatung.
