Deborah A. Rogner

Deborah Rogner is a highly experienced accountant who currently serves as the Director of Finance at Heinzerling Community. Deborah has over 18 years of experience working in public accounting, primarily in the audit/assurance side. During their time at Plante & Moran, PLLC, they worked with small to medium-sized businesses with a heavy focus on long-term health-care related entities and not-for-profit organizations. In this role, they were responsible for training and development of staff accountants, as well as recruiting and supervising them. Deborah was also skilled in non-profit tax preparation and often presented audit findings and recommendations to owners and boards of directors of client organizations. In 2004, they left Plante & Moran to start their own CPA firm where they provided similar services to their previous employer. In their current role as Director of Finance at Heinzerling Community, Deborah is responsible for the overall financial management of the organization. This includes overseeing the budgeting process, financial reporting, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Deborah A. Rogner reports to Robert Heinzerling, Executive Director. They are on a team with Derek Fletcher - Physician, Heinzerling Memorial Foundation, James Mackessy - Medical Director & Physician, Heinzerling Developmental Center, and Rachel Ashburn Mallory - Director of Therapy, Heinzerling Memorial Foundation.
