Robert Baker

Robert Baker has a diverse work experience starting from their role as an Attorney at Peak Corporate Counsel in 2020. Robert then moved on to become the Chief Legal Officer at Heirloom Cloud Corporation in 2021. Prior to this, Baker served as the Board Chair at the New Hampshire Young Veterans Network from 2018 to 2022. Robert has also worked as a Venture Capital and Emerging Companies Lawyer at Holland & Knight LLP from 2019 to 2020, and as a Corporate Associate at Cook, Little, Rosenblatt & Manson, p.l.l.c. from 2017 to 2019. Before entering the private sector, Baker gained experience as a Corporate Associate at McLane Middleton, Professional Association from 2016 to 2017. Robert also served as a Legal Extern at McLane Middleton and as a Student Honors Program Intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in 2015. Baker started their legal career as a Legal Intern at the Office of the Attorney General of New Hampshire in 2014. Prior to their legal career, they served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps from 2004 to 2011.

Robert Baker completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Southern New Hampshire University between 1999 and 2003. Robert later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Management from the University of New Hampshire, which they completed from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, they earned a JD/MBA (Juris Doctor/Master of Business Administration) degree from UNH Law, where they studied from 2012 to 2015.
