Jacob Grabowski has a diverse range of work experience. Jacob started their career as an IT Intern at Digital Control Incorporated in 2012 and later worked as a Warehouse Associate at Altrom America Corporation in 2013. In 2014, they served as the Kentlake JV Boys Soccer Coach at Kent School District and also did an internship as a Manufacturing Intern at Digital Control Incorporated. In 2015, they worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Digital Control Incorporated and as a Propulsion Engineer at Washington Hyperloop. From 2016 to 2016, they were an Operations Engineer at Exotic Metals Forming, where they wrote bid specifications for manufacturing equipment and improved plant layout efficiency. In 2017, they joined Fives as a Controls Engineer, where they provided production support, implemented process improvements, and developed SCADA screens. In 2018, they moved to Tesla, where they initially worked as an Automation Controls Engineer before being promoted to Senior Controls Engineer in 2020. Jacob then joined Heirloom in 2023 as a Sr. Controls Engineer.
Jacob Grabowski attended Pacific Lutheran University from 2012 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. After that, they transferred to the University of Washington and graduated from there in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a specialization in Mechatronics. In 2014, Jacob briefly attended Highline College to further their studies in Mechanical Engineering. In March 2014, Jacob obtained a Six Sigma White Belt certification from the Aveta Business Institute.
