Nicole Bobowski Burke

Nicole Bobowski Burke, CPA has a range of work experience in the field of finance and accounting. Nicole worked at Heitman from 2013 to the present, starting as a Senior Portfolio Accountant and then moving on to become an Assistant Finance Manager. In their role as Assistant Finance Manager, they were responsible for managing associates and portfolio accountants, as well as overseeing financial reporting and operating budgets for a multi-billion dollar real estate private equity fund. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President- Due Diligence and Closing at Heitman, where they lead cross-department teams in conducting due diligence reviews for various real estate transactions. Prior to their time at Heitman, Nicole worked at KPMG US as an Audit Associate from 2011 to 2013.

Nicole Bobowski Burke, CPA, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business in the period between 2007 and 2011.
