Christian Bigum

Christian Bigum is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Global Business Unit Leader for Emulsifiers and Sweeteners at IFF since May 2022, Christian also holds board positions at Ellegaard Göttingen Minipigs and is Chairman of the Board at Hejmdal Privathospital. Previous roles include Vice President at Chr. Hansen, Interim Chief Executive Officer at Bacthera, and various senior positions at Chr. Hansen Holding A/S, Coloplast, and McKinsey & Company. Christian holds a Master of Science degree in economics from Aarhus University, completed in 2000.
