Alma Maldonado

Alma Maldonado is an experienced CNC Mill and Lathe Machinist currently employed at Helander since May 2022. Prior to this role, Alma worked at LYON & HEALY HARPS, INC. as a Machinist and Computer Numerical Control Machinist for a brief period in early 2022, where responsibilities included training on running and setting up an Okuma Mill and modifying OSP programs. Alma also gained significant experience at Fusion OEM from August 2018 to February 2022 as a CNC Lathe Machinist, focusing on programming, deburring, and performing quality checks using GD&T standards. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Follow-up Coordinator at Psychealth Ltd. from 2009 to 2017, primarily conducting outreach and member surveys post-hospitalization. Alma's technical skill set and commitment to quality in machining are complemented by a foundational background in outreach and coordination.
