Barry Young

Barry Young is an experienced cardiac sonographer and cardiovascular technologist with a comprehensive background in echocardiography and vascular imaging. Currently serving as a Cardiac Sonographer at Helen Keller Hospital since November 2022, Barry has previously held positions at North Alabama Medical Center, Huntsville Hospital Heart Center, and several other healthcare facilities, accumulating expertise in various echocardiographic procedures, including routine, pulmonary hypertension, strain echoes, and transesophageal echocardiograms. Education was attained at Huntsville Hospital and Wallace State Community College, reflecting a solid foundation in cardiovascular technology starting from 1989. Barry Young has demonstrated proficiency in both diagnostic and therapeutic vascular procedures throughout a progressive career spanning over two decades.
