Solomon O. Omariba

Solomon Omariba is a seasoned public health professional with extensive experience in HIV prevention, care, and treatment. Currently serving as the Country Director and Technical Lead at Helen Keller Intl since October 2022, Solomon provides leadership for program design, implementation, and staff mentorship. Previously, as Country Director at Pathfinder International, strategic oversight of operations and program management for the Kenya country office was provided from January 2018 to October 2022. Solomon's career includes roles such as Technical Lead for PMTCT at Pathfinder International, Senior Technical Advisor for AMPATH Kenya, and Public Health Specialist at the CDC, contributing to multiple health programs and advancing quality improvement initiatives. Solomon holds a PhD in Epidemiology and Disease Control, an MSc in Public Health, and a Bachelor's in Medicine from reputable institutions, complemented by a certification in accounting.
