Eddie Garcia

Eddie Garcia has over 30 years of experience in various roles related to benefits administration and human resources. Eddie started their career as the VP of Benefits Administration at Assured Benefits Administrators, where they served for 10 years. Following that, they worked as an HR Lead Generalist at Yazaki North & Central America for 6 years. Eddie then joined GE Healthcare as a Global HR Manager/Business Partner for a year. Most recently, they have been working at Helen of Troy since 2007, initially as a Senior Manager/Total Rewards, Health & Wellness & HRIS, and currently as the Global Director of Benefits & Well-being. In their current role, Eddie is responsible for overseeing the company's global benefits programs, managing relationships with vendors, and ensuring compliance and effective plan design.

Eddie Garcia completed a Bachelor's degree in Management/Human Resources at Park University from 2002 to 2006. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Phoenix from 2006 to 2007.
