Jay Caron

Jay Caron serves as the Chief of Global Operations and Chief Supply Chain Officer at Helen of Troy, bringing extensive experience in supply chain and operations leadership. Previously, Jay held key positions such as Director at Shoreview Management Advisors, Vice President of Purchasing and IT at Thule Group, and Executive Vice President of Operations at Dorel Juvenile Group. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
