Rameshwar Sundaresan

Rameshwar Sundaresan has extensive work experience in software engineering and management roles. Rameshwar is currently employed as the Associate Director of Software Engineering at Helen of Troy since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Bose Corporation for almost 18 years. During their time at Bose Corporation, Rameshwar held various roles, including Engineer, Leader, Sr. Manager of Concept Development, Manager of Test Automation and Tools, Lead Software Engineer, and Senior Software Engineer. Rameshwar was responsible for leading cross-disciplinary teams, inventing and incubating new business concepts, conducting user research, developing engineering solutions, and delivering cutting-edge software features and components for both consumer electronics and automotive products. Before joining Bose Corporation, Rameshwar worked as a Senior Software Engineer at 3Com, where they delivered a custom Linux distribution, implemented a high availability infrastructure, and designed the release process.

Rameshwar Sundaresan has a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Machine Design from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI).
