Sharon Carrafiello

Sharon Carrafiello has a diverse work experience in supply chain management. Sharon is currently working as the Director of Global Supply Planning at Helen of Troy since November 2022. Previously, they held positions at iRobot, where they served as a Senior Manager of Global Supply & Inventory Planning from August 2021 to August 2022, and as a Supply Planning Manager for the Americas from September 2020 to August 2021. Before joining iRobot, Sharon worked at Bose Corporation for over a decade. Sharon'sroles at Bose include COE Project Lead from May 2018 to July 2020, Supply Chain Design Lead from April 2016 to May 2018, and Senior Global Supply Chain Analyst from February 2006 to April 2016. Prior to Bose, Sharon started their career at Gillette as a Senior Supply Analyst from 1996 to 2006. Throughout their career, they have gained extensive experience in supply chain management, strategic analysis, lean practices, budgeting, and SAP functionality.

Sharon Carrafiello has a background in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Northeastern University. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Advanced Lean Practitioner from Bose Corporation, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) from Prosci, Global People Management from Bose Corporation, Lean Fulfillment Stream from LeanCor Supply Chain Group, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Bose Corporation.
