Tim Grace

Timothy Grace serves as the Global Head of People & Culture at Helen of Troy since January 2023, collaborating with the Global Leadership Team to implement HR and culture initiatives. Previously, Timothy held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Laureate International Universities from May 2018 to January 2023, overseeing global HR functions for Laureate Education, Inc. Prior to that, Timothy was the EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer at Toys"R"Us from September 2015 to May 2018, where responsibilities included talent acquisition, development, and employee relations. Timothy's experience also encompasses serving as Group Vice President of Human Resources for L'Oréal's Americas Operations from March 2014 to September 2015, and Vice President of Human Resources at Schindler Elevator Corporation from 2002 until March 2014. Timothy holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Psychology from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
