Stephen Kena

Stephen Kena is a continuous improvement/process engineer at Helena Industries, Inc. since July 2023, where responsibilities include implementing various production improvement systems and developing value stream maps to identify waste. Previously, Stephen served as a manufacturing associate at Bristol Myers Squibb, focusing on safety and quality compliance, and as a retail sales manager at Dollar Tree Stores. Stephen also held the position of teaching assistant at CUNY Hostos Community College, assisting students with mathematical problems. Earlier experience includes a role as a sales specialist at Ghana Cement Company, where sales and profitability were enhanced, and an internship as a mechanical engineer at Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority, solving engineering challenges. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from The City College of New York and an Associate of Science in Chemical Engineering from CUNY Hostos Community College.
