Laurent Solbreux

Laurent Solbreux has been a Maître assistant at HELHa — Haute École Louvain en Hainaut since September 2017, focusing on subjects such as fluid mechanics, metallurgy, and equipment maintenance, while also developing practical experiments. Prior to this, Laurent worked as Responsable magasin technique & Administrateur GMAO at Materne Confilux, overseeing technical inventory management and supplier negotiations, alongside implementing maintenance management integration with INFOR EAM. From July 2015 to October 2016, Laurent served as a Reliability Engineer at I-care Group, where responsibilities included establishing a radioprotection management system, updating quality documents, and addressing FDA observations in production areas. Laurent also completed a trainee position at Thy-Marcinelles, concentrating on maintenance plans for hydraulic systems. Laurent holds an Ingenieur Industriel degree in Electromécanique from HELHa, achieved between 2010 and 2015.
