Sara Duncan

Sara Duncan has over 15 years of experience in the aviation and technology sectors, currently serving as an IT Specialist for AMOS at Heli-One since October 2008, where responsibilities include troubleshooting system and transaction issues and providing training to end users across various departments. In addition to this role, Sara has been involved in the AMOS Implementation Team, focusing on data migration and strategy. Previous experience includes serving as a Component Planner and Core Expeditor, negotiating vendor agreements, and managing records for core returns. Prior to Heli-One, Sara worked at CHC Helicopter as a System Specialist, and at E-CARD ID Products Ltd. in customer service and sales. Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
