Ryan Valencia

Ryan Valencia has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Ryan started their career at Altamarc in 2013 as a Field Network Technician, where they were responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of campus WLAN HP ProCurve Access Points & Switches. Ryan led a team in the design and execution of LAN installations for multi-campus labs, resulting in improved access to teaching resources.

In 2014, Ryan joined CCOF as an IT Support Assistant before being promoted to Senior Systems Administrator in 2015. During their time at CCOF, they provided support and maintained systems for the company's IT infrastructure.

In 2019, Ryan joined Joby Aviation as an IT Systems & Infrastructure Lead. Ryan later took on the role of Information Technology Operations Lead in 2023. These roles demonstrate their expertise in managing and overseeing IT operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the company's technology systems.

Ryan Valencia attended the University of California, Davis, where they studied Computer & Electrical Engineering. Ryan obtained additional certifications including CCENT from Cisco in January 2016 and Comptia A+ CE from CompTIA in June 2014.
