Janet Grams has worked in a variety of roles over the past 30 years. From 1992 to 1995, they were an Integration Engineer II at Harris Corporation, where they were part of several Pentagon renovation projects. Janet then worked as a Computer Engineer for the United States Department of Defense from 1995 to 2001. From 2001 to 2011, they served as the Instrumentation Development Section Leader at New Mexico Technology Group, LLC. From 2011 to 2017, they worked for Steiner eOptics/Laser Devices as both a Quality-Compliance Manager and Quality and ISO Manager/Program Manager. From 2017 to 2022, they were the Quality Manager at Germains Seed Technology. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at Heliae.
Janet Grams began their educational journey at the United States Air Force Academy in 1983, where they studied Electrical Engineering. Janet then attended the University of Colorado from 1985-1987, receiving a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering. In 2011, they went on to receive a Master of Science (MS) in Project Management from Walden University.
