Justin Chen Li is an experienced executive with a strong background in finance and business development within the biotechnology and investment sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Helio Genomics since 2017, Justin combines AI and epigenomics to advance cancer treatment. Since February 2024, Justin has held roles as General Manager and Vice President of Finance & Business Development at the Terasaki Institute for Biomedical Innovation. Additionally, Justin is a Member of the Leadership Board for SC Master Fund and serves as a Venture Partner, focusing on high-performing VCs and startups in Southern California. Previous experience includes roles at FactSet, Phillips 66, and Cellular Biomedicine Group, where notable contributions include leading a $30 million ARR initiative and supporting a NASDAQ IPO.
