Kathleen Gaffney-Babb

Kathleen Gaffney-Babb has extensive experience in leadership roles within healthcare organizations, currently serving as President & CEO of Helio Health, Inc. since February 2016, following various titles including Interim President & CEO and Executive Vice President & COO. Previous roles include Solutions Architect at Netsmart Technologies and EHR Project Executive Associate at FiveBase. Kathleen also contributed to EHR implementation through positions at Implement Together and served as Vice President at Helio Health, overseeing clinical programming and compliance. Kathleen's earlier career includes the role of Director of Student Central at Onondaga Community College, where integration of student services was achieved. Beginning in 1991, Kathleen held multiple positions at Helio Health focusing on outpatient and inpatient substance use disorder services. Kathleen earned a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from Syracuse University between 1998 and 2000.
