Aimee Cook

Aimee Cook has a diverse background in the education technology industry. Aimee began their career at Illinois Central College, where they served as the Executive Director and later Director of Institutional Research. In these roles, they developed systems for measuring and reporting organizational performance and managed data collection and analysis. Aimee also led the implementation of the Blackboard Analytics Student Management Module.

After their time at Illinois Central College, Aimee joined Blackboard as a Solutions Engineer and later became a Senior Consultant. In these positions, they managed implementation projects and provided training and support to clients. Aimee specialized in Blackboard Analytics, Student and Financial Aid modules, and Blackboard Predict.

Currently, Aimee is working at HelioCampus as the Director of Technical Product Manager. Aimee is responsible for developing and defining new product requirements and overseeing two product lines, including the Student Life Cycle suite and LMS Insights. Aimee also leads resources on new development projects and creates technical documentation for product documentation and internal knowledge sharing.

Aimee Cook completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Montana State University-Bozeman, attending from 1995 to 1999. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois Springfield, with the time period of 2003 to 2007.
