Su-E Yap

Su-E Yap currently serves as the Director of Corporate Engagement for Asia Pacific at The Nature Conservancy, focusing on conservation efforts to address climate and biodiversity challenges. Additionally, Su-E Yap provides advisory support to RegenX, aiding smallholder farmers in sustainable agriculture, and to Helios, assisting in the establishment of solar panel mortgage operations in Southeast Asia. Previously, as Vice President at Wavemaker Impact, Su-E Yap developed a venture building program aimed at large-scale decarbonization. A founding leader of the Southeast Asia sustainability practice at McKinsey & Company, Su-E Yap built expertise in business strategy and decarbonization. Earlier in the career, Su-E Yap held senior roles at the Monetary Authority of Singapore, driving policy development and organizational transformation. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts degree from the University of Oxford.
