Jessica Weeden

Jessica Weeden has a diverse work experience history. Starting in 2002, they worked as an Assistant Program Director at The Arc of Delaware County, NY until 2013. After that, they joined Catskill Area Hospice and Palliative Care as a Medical Social Worker. In 2019, they became a Small Business Owner of Willow River Flowers, a sustainable flower farm. Currently, they are the Director of Family Support Services at Helios Care. Jessica also worked as a Bereavement Counselor Social Worker at Helios Care. Additionally, they were a Fellow at HPPAE in 2012.

Jessica Weeden obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Binghamton University from 2000 to 2002. Following that, they pursued a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree at the State University of New York at Binghamton from 2011 to 2013.
