Heather Tautges, Ph.D.

Heather Tautges, Ph.D. has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources and analytics. Heather is currently working as a Workday Consultant at Helios Consulting Inc since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at H.B. Heather Tautges, Ph.D. has an extensive education history. Heather began their academic journey in 1992 at Truman State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, completing it in 1996. Following this, Heather attended Bellevue University from 1996 to 1997, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Human Resources Management.

In 2001, they enrolled at the University of Phoenix and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Organizational Management in 2003. Building on their master's degree, Heather pursued further specialization in the field of Human Capital Management at Bellevue University. Heather completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree from Bellevue University in 2014.

Aside from their academic achievements, Heather Tautges also holds a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Heather obtained this certification in May 2006.
