Lemuel Aina

Lemuel Aina has a diverse work experience in the field of Workday consulting and system integration. Lemuel started their career at FCMB BANK LTD in 2009 as an End User Support specialist. Later, they worked at Computer warehouse group (CWG) from 2014 to 2020 as an IT Support- ERP Application Architect, specializing in Workday HCM and CSM.

In 2019, Lemuel joined EAGLE-SCHAIDE INC as a Workday Consultant, where they leveraged their business knowledge and expertise to identify process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams in the planning and deployment of projects. Lemuel also provided support in Workday Payroll configuration and issue resolution.

Next, in 2021, Lemuel joined Capital One as a Workday System Integrator. There, they designed and developed integrations within the Workday platform, implemented automation workflows, and collaborated with stakeholders to capture and integrate data across the HR Tech environment.

Following their role at Capital One, Lemuel worked at Accenture as an SR Workday Architect from August 2022 to December 2022. In this position, they managed and maintained over 118 integrations, developed Workday reports, and led testing for Workday updates and system upgrades.

Lemuel's most recent experience is at Helios Consulting LLC, where they currently serve as a Workday Consultant starting from January 2023.

Lemuel Aina obtained a Bachelor's degree in Applied Physics from ESTAG University, specializing in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics. Lemuel completed their degree from 2013 to 2017. In addition, Lemuel has obtained certifications in Amazon Web Services (AWS). Lemuel is an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, which was achieved in May 2022. Lemuel is also an AWS Certified Solutions Architect-Associate, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
