Ivan Chunnett

Ivan Chunnett has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Ivan served as the Regional Finance Director at Helios Towers from 2014, overseeing various financial functions. At Barclays, they held positions such as Head of Financial Control & Governance and Head of Financial Control Governance - Barclays Africa, where they implemented financial control frameworks and led cross-business financial control projects. Ivan also had experience at L-3 Link Simulation & Training as an Interim Financial Controller and at Deloitte Australia as a Client Manager and Senior Auditor. Ivan temporarily served as the Head of Finance at Barclays Bank Mozambique. Overall, Ivan has demonstrated a strong background in financial management, compliance, and strategic leadership throughout their career.

Ivan Chunnett completed a CA (SA) degree in Accounting and Auditing from the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, from 1996 to 1999, they pursued a B Com Accounting Honours degree at the University of Johannesburg, with a major in accounting and a minor in auditing.
