Emma McKinley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communications, development, and advocacy for children's rights. Currently, as Development Manager at Helium Arts since May 2022, Emma leads the Development Team in executing a funding plan aimed at significantly increasing organizational income to support 6,000 children with lifelong health conditions. Prior to this, Emma served as Head of Communications and Development at the Children's Rights Alliance for nearly 14 years, focusing on impactful research, policy, and sustainable funding for children's rights.
