Adam Deich

Adam Deich has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Adam has worked at HELIX Environmental Planning, Inc. since 2015, starting as an IT Helpdesk Analyst and gradually progressing to an IT Support Specialist and then an IT Manager. In these roles, Adam provided IT support to various professionals and managed the stable operation of all On-Premise client, server, and network devices and services. Adam also configured and managed the SharePoint Online business intranet. Before joining HELIX, Adam worked at the University of San Diego as a Lead Desktop Technician and a Level II Desktop Technician. In these roles, they managed projects, installed and maintained desktop systems, provided client support, and handled server maintenance. Adam also has prior experience as a Barback and Service Bartender at Hotel Solamar, a Kimpton Hotel.

Adam Deich attended Milwaukie High School from 1996 to 2000 and obtained their High School Diploma. Adam then pursued higher education at Southern Oregon University from 2000 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in English Writing. In addition to their formal education, Adam also holds several certifications. Notably, they obtained their A+ certification from CompTIA in April 2009, followed by Microsoft certifications including Microsoft Certified IT Professional in April 2010, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate in April 2012, and Microsoft Certified Professional in April 2012. Additionally, they obtained Network+ certification from CompTIA in May 2013 and the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PEOPLECERT in May 2014.
