Rachel Shields

Rachel Shields is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at HELLA since June 2023, Rachel previously held significant positions at Brose Group, including Human Resources Director and Senior Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities encompassed budget planning, succession planning, and immigration processes. With earlier experience as an Executive Recruiter at JMJ Phillip Group and coaching roles in youth volleyball, Rachel has also excelled in team management and operational leadership with Target. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University, completed in 2013.
