Armando Rodriguez is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Hellas Construction, Inc. since February 2018, Rodriguez oversees the development and installation processes of synthetic sports surfaces and civil construction projects. Previously, as a Business Development Specialist at VEMAC, Inc. from February 2016 to May 2017, Rodriguez focused on identifying new market opportunities and analyzing business strategies for growth. Prior to that role, Rodriguez spent nearly six years as the Governmental Affairs/Communications Director for the Greater El Paso Association of REALTORS®, engaging with key legislative stakeholders and promoting member interests. Rodriguez holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from The University of Texas at El Paso, earned in 2008.
