Dean L. has a diverse work experience in the field of sports broadcasting and marketing. Dean has served as a sports broadcaster for various organizations, including the NASL's North Carolina FC and NWSL's North Carolina Courage. Dean has also called games for television networks such as the Big Ten Network, ESPN, ACC Network, TWCSC, and ASN. In addition to soccer, they have covered a wide range of sports including college lacrosse, basketball, golf, swimming, rowing, track and field, baseball, and high school sports.
Dean L. has also held roles as the Voice of the North Carolina FC and North Carolina Courage for the North Carolina Football Club and as the host of the National Soccer Coaches Association of America Podcast.
Furthermore, Dean L. has experience in business development as the Eastern Regional Vice President for Hellas Sports Construction. Dean has been involved in constructing sports facilities and installing athletic surfaces across the United States.
Prior to their broadcasting and marketing roles, Dean L. worked as the Vice President of Communications and Operations for the Colorado Rapids in the Major League Soccer, as the Director of Communications for Major League Soccer, and as a Press Officer for the United States Soccer Federation.
Additionally, they served as a Sales Manager for Curtis Media Group, where they managed the sales team and handled major accounts for CMG family and managed the sales team and operation of www.StateGovernmentRadio.com.
Dean L. completed their high school education at Fremont St. Joseph Central Catholic High School in Fremont, Ohio, from 1983 to 1986. Dean then attended Ohio University from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism.
